Selain itu juga ada tambahan cita rasa barat berupa makaroni. Sup mutiara ini sangat cocok dinikmati selagi hangat di tengah-tengah suasana musim hujan seperti sekarang ini.  BAHAN :<br \/> 500 gr wortel, potong kotak 1&#215;1<br \/> 1 buah tahu putih ukuran besar<br \/> 1\/2 kaleng jamur kancing (champignon), iris tipis<br \/> 3 buah jamur hioko besar, iris tipis<br \/> 50 gr kaki jamur hioko (shiitake), rendam air panas, suwir-suwir sedang<br \/> 1 gulung micia rebus, potong ukuran 1&#215;1, goreng sebentar<br \/> 1\/2 kaleng kacang polong<br \/> 1\/2 kaleng susu cair tawar<br \/> 3 sdm mentega<br \/> 2 sdm susu bubuk<br \/> 1 butir kuning telur<br \/> 100 gr makaroni<br \/> 1 tangkai seledri<br \/> 1 sdt bubuk pala<br \/> Garam, lada, penyedap rasa secukupnya<br \/> 3 liter air <\/p>\n<p>CARA MEMBUAT :<br \/> 1. Untuk Mutiara : Haluskan tahu putih, peras airnya dengan kain kasa sampai kering, lalu campurkan kuning telur, susu bubuk, garam, lada, penyedap rasa, dan gula, aduk rata, kemudian bentuk bola-bola kecil sebesar kelereng, dan goreng sampai warnanya kekuningan, angkat.<br \/> 2. Untuk Isi Sup Mutiara : Panaskan mentega di dalam wajan, tumis suwiran kaki jamur dan irisan jamur hioko sampai wangi, masukkan wortel, aduk, dan biarkan sebentar. Masukkan micia dan jamur kancing, beri bubuk pala, lada, garam, gula, dan penyedap rasa, aduk-aduk. Masukkan kacang polong, aduk rata, angkat.<br \/> 3. Tuangkan isi sup mutiara di atas ke dalam panci berisi air di atas api sedang, aduk rata dan biarkan sampai mendidih. Tuang susu cair, mutiara, makaroni, didihkan sekali lagi, lalu taburi dengan irisan seledri, angkat.
